Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that plans may change, and we strive to offer a fair cancellation and refund policy. Please review our guidelines below.

1. Cancellation Policy for Online Travel Agent Bookings (OTA Platforms)

  • Free cancellation is allowed if you cancel between the time of booking and 7 days before your check-in date (before 12 PM).
  • For example, if your check-in date is February 10th, you can cancel without any charges by February 3rd, 12 PM.
  • If you cancel within 7 days before your check-in date (after 12 PM), a 100% cancellation fee will be applied.
  • 100% cancellation charges will also apply if you cancel after check-in or in the case of a no-show.

2. Cancellation Policy for Offline / WhatsApp Business / Other Non-OTA Channel Bookings)

  • For Offline/WhatsApp Business/Non-OTA Channel Bookings, a minimum of 50% advance payment is mandatory for a booking to be considered confirmed.
  • This advance payment is non-refundable under any circumstances.
